‘The Royal Hotel’ is an interesting slow-burn psychological character study thriller with strong direction from Kitty Green. As writer director Kitty Green, inspired by the documentary Hotel Coolgardie.
It has an entertaining narrative, and strong performances from the cast members. Julia Garner and Jesscia Henwick have good on-screen good chemistry and provided realistic emotions and engagement for the audience. Moreover, I thought that the production and the camerawork we well done and captured the tension and open environment of the Australian landscapes.
Despite the slow-burn pacing, the movie still had some pretty good intense moments, and it was worth a watch.
Overall, I think the story was solid and worth a watch.
